It’s pretty simple—you provide the party, and we bring the pizza.
Costa Crust arrives before your event to get everything set up and ready to cook. Once it’s time to eat, the oven is hot and the pizzas start rolling.
Each pizza is stretched, topped, and cooked onsite in our high-temperature pizza oven. In about 90 seconds, it goes from fresh dough to a hot, blistered pizza ready to serve.
And then we make another.
And another.
And another.
Fresh pizza keeps coming out throughout service, so your guests aren’t eating slices that have been sitting around in boxes.
Fresh Pizza Is Part of the Party
One of our favorite things about mobile pizza catering is that the food becomes part of the experience.
Guests can watch their pizza being made, see it go into the oven, and smell it cooking.
And sometimes, they want to get in on the action.
We recently catered a 7-year-old twin girls’ birthday party, and before long the kids were building their own pizzas. They picked their toppings, created their pizzas, and watched as we put them into the oven. They had so much fun.
What started as catering quickly became part of the birthday party entertainment—and that’s one of the things we love most about what we do.
For parties where guests are making their own pizzas, we can also provide individual pizza boxes. If someone can’t finish their creation, they can box it up and take it home. It’s especially fun for kids—they get to make their own pizza, eat what they want, and head home with the rest.
Kids love watching the pizzas cook.
Adults somehow always end up standing around the pizza oven too.
And we’re totally fine with that.

A little more grown-up—but we’ve seen plenty of kids prove us wrong.
We can also offer a veggie option, and you can add Caesar salad when you want something fresh alongside the pizza.
And if you really want to finish the party properly?
Add warm chocolate chip cookies with vanilla ice cream for dessert.
Yes, it’s as good as it sounds.
No Sad Pizza Boxes
We have nothing against pizza boxes.
We just don’t want your party dinner sitting inside one for 45 minutes.
